As a past nurse, I am very passionate about helping others. I achieved my certification at the West Coast College of Massage Therapy & Hydrotherapy in Victoria, BC in April of 2022.
My touch incorporates Swedish Massage, Deep tissue, Joint Play & Mobilizations, Hydrotherapy, Manual Lymph Drainage and Myofascial Release Techniques. I’m also well versed in pregnancy massage, baby & pediatric massage, cupping and hot stone massage.
Learning about the body’s pain perception and how it’s tied to our nervous system was very informative and as such, I aim to calm the nervous system in every treatment. This helps the body to regain the balance needed for healing and restoration.
I look forward to furthering my knowledge and incorporating it into practice to help you meet your wellness goals.
While not at work, I like to camp, paddle board, hike with my best friend (my dog) Roxy, anything outside and live music/ music festivals.
